AgroCares partners with trinamiX to offer onsite nutrient analysis

AgroCares, a global ag-tech company delivering data-driven solutions for nutrient testing, and trinamiX GmbH, a leading provider of mobile spectroscopy, today announced a partnership that sees the integration of trinamiX’s high-performance hardware into AgroCares’ next-generation Nutrient Scanner solution. Starting this autumn, AgroCares will market the new solution as an upgrade to its portable Nutrient Scanner launched in 2018. Relying on near-infrared (NIR) technology and a connection to AgroCares global databases, the solution enables customers to determine the chemical composition of soils, feed, and leaf.

AgroCares has been delivering sophisticated data-driven solutions to measure nutrients and other key parameters in soil, feed, and leaf on the spot within a few minutes. trinamiX has been driving advancements in mobile NIR spectroscopy, combining robust hardware with flexible software to enhance onsite decision-making across various industries. The companies are leveraging their expertise to expand AgroCares’ successful offering in on-the-spot nutrient testing.

“In trinamiX, we have found a reliable partner on the hardware side to complement our data-driven industry knowledge,” says Henri Hekman, CEO, and Founder of AgroCares. “This partnership is the next milestone for us to achieve AgroCares’ ultimate goal to make nutrient testing accessible and convenient for the end users in different parts of the world. I truly believe that, together with trinamiX, we deliver a new generation of Scanners to the market to meet today’s needs of the farmers.”

“We are excited to partner with AgroCares to become part of the Nutrient Scanner’s success story. This shows that our commitment to building reliable and scalable hardware pays off,” says Dr. Christian Nitschke, Director at trinamiX. “For us, partnerships are key to meeting the customer’s demands. Therefore, we offer different levels of integration ranging from hardware to plug-and-play solutions, empowering partners to create value with mobile NIR spectroscopy.”

AgroCares’ Scanner solution was specifically designed for real-time on-the-spot use, equipping customers with robust hardware and software that combines easy handling with a strong performance. The benefits behind a setup that is based on trinamiX’s hardware lie in a high result accuracy and consistency across devices. In combination with an intuitive app backed by AgroCares’ advanced data know-how, the scanner delivers reliable results in the field that bring value across the entire agricultural value chain.

The latest offering reflects AgroCares’ ambition to continuously extend its product portfolio and expand into new markets by providing accessible and affordable solutions that put expert knowledge in the hands of users around the world.
