The last window is set at Schenkeveld Schiphol

On Thursday, 16 June, during the construction drinks party for Schenkeveld Schiphol's Greenhouse West, Jan and Peter Schenkeveld symbolically set the last window in the façade of the fourth greenhouse at the Schenkeveld Schiphol location in Rijsenhout.

The building party was organized to thank the builders and the construction team who started building four greenhouses of 11 hectares each, a central packaging area, and office space five years ago now.

Greenhouse West, number four in the row, will be taken into use in the autumn. This greenhouse is equipped with double screens and dehumidification. This makes it a very sustainable greenhouse.

More photos of the construction party can be found on Schenkeveld's construction website.
