Panama will host a leading food and beverage conference for Latin America and the Caribbean. LAC Flavors, one of the main business meetings of Latin America and the Caribbean, will take place in Panama City on July 11th-13th and will be organized by the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Panama together with the Inter-American Development Bank (BID) via the ConnectAmericas platform, in collaboration with other local organizations.
During its first in-person edition after three years, LAC Flavors 2022 will gather hundreds of exporters with potential buyers and international partners in order to promote new business opportunities thanks to one-to-one meetings. The 11 previous editions counted over 19,000 B2B meetings, generating a business volume of over $1 billion.
The range of products promoted during the round table is extremely varied, and the main categories include fruit, vegetables, and pulses (fresh and frozen), cereal, meat, fish and seafood, sauces and condiments, teas and infusions, preserves, ethnic products and traditional beverages, dairy products, confectionery, wines, and spirits, among others.
Participants will have free access to matchmaking events, training sessions, and round tables on the most relevant topics for exporters.
