A.M.A. Horticulture is celebrating forty years of learning and growing. Since opening its doors in the spring of 1982, the family-owned horticulture supply business has grown to become a leading North American supplier, offering solutions for growers in a wide range of areas, including propagation, hydroponics, berries, and more.
“They say age is just a number. After four decades of learning, growing and building partnerships within our industry, we feel more dynamic than ever,” says Connie Bradt-Monsma, who serves as managing director of A.M.A., together with her husband, Rick Bradt.
A.M.A. is known for finding the right solutions to help customers succeed – and sometimes inventing new ones. Al’s Flower Pouch, the RootSmartTM propagation system, Thirst Quencher and the A.M.A. 60 growing container for organic greenhouse vegetables are just some of the company’s home-grown innovations. A.M.A. is also known for being a trusted partner, often working with two and now three generations to help operations evolve and grow.
