Oliver Mans has been appointed as the new CEO of Landgard eG. As CEO, Mans will take over the overall operational management of the growers' cooperative. The vacant CEO position at Landgard has thus been filled.
Oliver Mans brings more than 20 years of experience in German food retailing as well as in cooperatively organized corporate structures. After completing his studies in business administration, he joined Rewe Zentral AG.
There, he held several top management positions in the further course of his career. From 2017, he led the newly founded Rewe Group Buying GmbH as divisional board member and chairman of the management board, under whose umbrella all activities in the merchandise business were bundled for the first time.
Oliver Mans is currently Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) within the management of real Ltd in Düsseldorf. In this role, he is responsible for Central Purchasing/Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing and Quality Management on behalf of real's owner SCP, and in recent months has played a key role in laying the foundations for successful continued operation under the new owner from the second half of 2022.

In the future, Oliver Mans (CEO), Dirk Bader, Carsten Bönig and Robert Sauer will be members of the overall Landgard Management Board.
