The ‘7th International on-line Course on Postharvest & Fresh-cut Technologies’ will be offered by the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena in Spain, starting on 15th February 2022. This course gathers 43 prestigious instructors from the 5 Continents, 23 Countries and 33 Universities/Research Centers.
The Course consists of 52 recorded videos of approx 30 min each, with a total Course duration of 30 h, that the participant will be able to watch at his/her convenience as many times as needed and finish the Course according to his/her availability up to November 2022. There will be periodic Group Tutorials in streaming with the instructors.
The Course is addressed to postharvest professionals and students related to quality and safety assurance, research and extension on production, handling, transportation, and marketing of whole and fresh-cut horticultural commodities.

In the last edition, 62 participants from 26 countries have graduated, 65% of them professionals, who considered the Course as ‘highly satisfactory’ according to the quality report prepared by the University that can be viewed on the website.
The Course has constituted a forum of professional excellence aimed at training technicians and managers of postharvest companies, professionals, researchers, and students from all over the world.
