On 1 September 2021, Derk Rademaker started as Director of Knowledge and Development at Delphy. Within the management of Delphy, Rademaker will be responsible for the further expansion of Delphy in the field of research, innovation and projects. Rademaker will also be responsible for the direct management of a number of business units within Delphy.

In his career Rademaker has gained a lot of experience at Wageningen University & Research. Here he has been responsible for several units in the field of trees, bulbs and fruit cultivation, agricultural development and climate change in an international context.
During his time at Wageningen University & Research, his interest in agriculture and horticulture grew and he built up an extensive network in various sectors.
With the recruitment of Rademaker, Delphy is working on shaping continuity in the management and expansion of its activities.
