LLC “TK Tyumen-Agro” is going to build the fourth phase of the greenhouse complex in close proximity to the functioning complexes in Narimanova, Russia.
The project presupposes the construction of a contemporary greenhouse with an acreage of 20 ha, which will produce fresh cherry tomatoes and regular tomatoes year-round in the amount of 9 thousand tons a year. The construction will begin this autumn and will end in 2023. The new production facility aims to create 300 working places.
The construction of the fourth phase is supported by the Tymen regional government by means of providing the land plot for rent as well as participating in construction works, including gas and electricity connections. Besides, the project is aimed at providing the dwellers of Tyumen and neighboring regions with fresh vegetables and replacing low-quality produce.
Within the period of 2013-2021, LLC “TK Tyumen-Agro” have carried over three stages of the greenhouse complex construction, where tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers are grown. As of today, the production volume reaches 26 thousand tons a year. The overall acreage with the account to the three launched phases comprises 33 ha. The enterprise employs 600 associates. The production of LLC “TK Tyumen-Agro” is supplied to the markets of Ural and Siberian Federal Districts.
