Acquisition of a majority stake in ISO Group by Cibus Fund

ISO Group welcomes a new shareholder to achieve its growth ambitions.

The sector is developing at a rapid pace, and robotics, 3D vision, and AI applications are of great importance in this respect. ISO Group wants to further expand its position and cement its internationalization strategy.

The Cibus funds, a sustainable food and agriculture firm advised by ADM Capital Europe LLP, an Investment Advisory company based in London, has acquired a majority stake in ISO Group through the Cibus Fund. The fund looks to apply its agribusiness sector experience and proven investment track record to support ISO’s growth ambitions.

Cibus Fund is an investment fund with an active and committed group of investors that wants to invest in companies well positioned to benefit from the transition of the food and agriculture value chain to a new, sustainable model. With Cibus Fund, ISO Group brings in a
shareholder with a strong team of experienced investors and a large network in Agro & Food. Cibus Fund’s portfolio includes AeroFarms, a developer and operator of high-tech, indoor aeroponic vertical farms ; The Summer Berry Company, one of UK and Europe’s largest and
technically advanced indoor growers of berries and Innoliva, one of the largest European producers of extra virgin olive oil.

As of this date, co-shareholder Wim van der Meyden and Nico Bikker will continue to lead ISO Group with the support of Cornelis Bouman and Wim Struijk.
