Everli partners with Kaufland in Poland

Everli (by Supermercato24), a European grocery e-commerce marketplace, officially announces a partnership with Kaufland in Poland, which will cover 17 cities.

Starting today, the partnership will allow people from 17 Cities in Poland (including Warsaw, Krakow, Wrocław, Poznań, and Łódź) to order groceries from Kaufland stores through the Everli website/app and have them delivered to their doorstep, even on the very same day. Customers can choose from more than 4000 products, including fresh items such as fruit and vegetables, baked goods, items from the deli counter, packaged food, drugstore items such as cosmetics, diapers and pet food, as well as frozen products that are delivered in special thermal bags.

With this partnership, Kaufland is taking the next step after offering a “Click and Collect” service for 14 branches in Poland since May 2020. The collaboration between Everli and Kaufland, combining technology with the quality of a personal shopper in charge of the client’s grocery order, will further empower both companies to expand their role as key facilitators of modern grocery needs in the international market.

“We are very proud to work with a leading retailer such as Kaufland,” said Federico Sargenti, Everli’s CEO. “It’s the first time that Kaufland has leveraged this specific e-grocery model, and I am sure that a combination of Kaufland quality and Everli execution will win consumer trust. The Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the shift towards online grocery shopping and we want to extend our services to meet increasingly diversified clients and needs.”

“Thanks to the collaboration with Everli, our customers can buy their favorite products without leaving the house. We believe that this solution, which is fast, convenient and secure, will meet with great interest” says Maja Szewczyk, company spokeswoman for Kaufland Poland.

Last summer, Everli (previously known as Supermercato24) announced its rebranding: the choice of changing a well-known name was primarily driven by an international expansion strategy, with the precise intention to widen the company’s offer after last year’s extensive growth.

Having more than doubled its revenue and tripled its active user base compared to 2019, Everli was the first European e-grocery marketplace to expand internationally, with the acquisition of the Polish Szopi and the subsequent launch of its service in Poland. Following this important step, the service will be expanded to other European markets by the end of the year.

Thanks to a highly-developed technology, a community of thousands of qualified shoppers, an extensive network of retailer partnerships (more than 30) and CPG partnerships, Everli has the widest grocery offer in Europe. The service covers small towns and low-density areas, places where online shopping services are still rare, thus demonstrating an extensive business potential. Today, Everli is online in 52 Italian provinces and 17 Polish cities.
