After the success achieved in the past 18 months by the Blitzmatic+ packaging machines, Frutmac completes its range of tray packagers with Zippmatic in order to meet even the most varied requests.
Zippsolution combines techniques and packaging types in a single solution. The machine packages the produce quickly and easily in new sustainable foodtainers with a "WRAP" or "FLAT®" closure using specific kits and an interlocking system.
FLAT® system
Blitzmatic+, an automatic tray packager, was launched a year and a half ago and feedback was great. Blitz+ lids are automatically glued to cardboard or grass paper. They are designed to guarantee the visibility of the products as well as to keep them in place.
FLAT® system
Thanks to the unique mechanism, fruits are delicately kept in place without attrition even if they are of different sizes. Blitz trays are at the base, available in the same versions of Blitz+ lids and completely customizable. They are available for 4, 6 or 8 fruits.

Wrap system
The brand new "Eco Zipper" is perfect for those who have specific needs and are always looking to promote their products. The system is eco-friendly and does not need glue thanks to a perforation system.

"We were the first to introduce this solution, which was perfected in 2020 by widening the range of trays and interlocking systems. Zippsolution is flexible and eco-friendly and can be adapted to various types of fruits and vegetables," adds Christoph.

Zippsolution is a single piece, easy to manage and it represents a great means of communication as both the logo and a series of information can be printed on the cardboard. It can be made of corrugated cardboard or compostable grass paper (40% grass).
Zippmatic
The side wings wrap the round fruits and keep them in place thanks to their shape. As for the Flat® option, the side winds close the container horizontally and the packet is then filled. We have reached a new "era of customization" that does not just use graphic layouts to promote the produce but where the container itself becomes the protagonist of retail marketing.
