Russia: no import duties for 'vital' vegetables

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEU )  
has decided to temporarily exempt import duties on vital foods such as potatoes, onions, garlic, cabbage, rice, rye, buckwheat, etc. The measure, which came into force on 18 April 2020, applies to products imported from 1 April 2020 and runs up until 30 June 2020.
