Boeters Ketel Constructie BV welcomed Wouter Voortman and Bram Heemskerk as co-shareholders on 13 February. Together with the Groeneveld family (Grovo Tuinbouw) and Rob Boeters, they will continue and expand the family business in the coming period.
The current core activities of BKC in hot water boilers will be further intensified. In addition, there will be more emphasis on supplying products in the area of expansion systems and boiler house fittings through the further development of the products and the expansion of the portfolio.
