Russia: First mountain greenhouse complex opened in the Urals

Gorny greenhouse complex has been launched in Usk-Katav. It has become the first greenhouse functioning in the mining area of the Ural Mountains.

The enterprise is ready to employ about 100 associates, first of all vegetable growers.

Ms. Tatiana Novikova has become one of the first specialists of the agricultural complex. Tatiana used to deal with seedlings in her own home greenhouse, where she grew tomatoes and cucumbers. Now she is combining the hobby with work.

Gorny is a greenhouse complex for growing of vegetables and greenery all year round. And it is already ready to supply the dwellers of Ust-Katav with fresh vegetables.

Further, the agricultural complex will be providing vegetables outside the mining region of the South Urals as well. The produce grown in Usk-Katav area will be delivered to Sverdlovsk and Tyumen regions as well as to Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district.
