"Cooler Belgian weather prompts chicory consumption, making prices rise"

There was a comprehensive supply of chicory in Belgium this week. This product's price has increased significantly. The fresher weather is stimulating its consumption. The leek supply grew considerably in that country in recent weeks. They have been sold at a stable price level.

Head lettuce has been listed as expensive for this time of the year. There was less supply than during the same time last year. Savoy lettuce prices fell by half. Red and white cabbage can be found at consumer-friendly prices.

There is an ample supply of loose tomatoes as well as TOV. Lambs lettuce is very popular at Belgian fresh produce auctions. This product's price rose slightly. It is the end of the aubergine, courgette, cucumber, and bell pepper seasons.

Cauliflower supplies are rising, making prices fall. Fennel is also selling at consumer-friendly prices. There are slightly more of these, compared to last week.
