The indoor vertical concern, Aerofarms, has just introduced a new line of microgreens under their proprietary retail brand Dream Greens, to further expand their mission of nourishing communities with safe, fresh, nutrient-rich food.
Two new varieties of microgreens, the Micro Super Mix and Micro Spicy Mix, are now available at all Whole Foods Market locations in the Northeast as well as online via FreshDirect. This retail debut builds upon the success of AeroFarms microgreens food service program that launched last year.
All Dream Greens microgreens are safely grown indoors in AeroFarms’ state of the art indoor vertical farms, located in New Jersey. Dream Greens are free of chemical crop protection, and they are ready-to-eat without any need to wash, providing a major benefit to consumers looking for safety and convenience.
