Inno-3B announced the appointment of Larry Karass as an external director.
Multilingual business strategist, Larry Karass has over thirty years of experience in national and international business development and oversees the sound governance of businesses and nonprofit organizations. He has led and assured the growth of various companies in the food (Nutrisoya Foods), natural products (Helios Nutrition) and industrial packaging (Caristrap International) sectors. As chair of Stratik International since 2014 he shares his know-how with Canadian companies.
A sought-after business coach and mentor, he currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Quebec Council for Arts and Letters (CALQ), as well as on the Advisory Committee of Agro-100 Ltée. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Hempco Food & Fiber Inc., La Fromagerie Perron, and the Advisory Committee of La Meunerie Milanaise Inc. He was a member of the YMCA Canada National Council for six years and Vice-Chairman of the Board of the YMCAs of Quebec. He also sat on the Board of Directors of the Quebec Federation of Chambers of Commerce and the Advisory Committee of the Poverty Reduction Fund. From 1984 to 2004, he chaired the board of directors of Tangente Inc., laboratoire de mouvements contemporains.
Mr. Karass holds a Bachelor's degree in International Law (LL.B) from the London School of Economics and a BA (Honors) in History of Science and Ideas from McGill University.
