Syngenta will host government officials and civic and agricultural leaders at a grand opening for its new Trait Conversion Accelerator at its Nampa location and a seed production facility on Friday.
Government officials expected to participate in the celebration include Idaho Director of Agriculture Celia Gould and Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling.
The Nampa Trait Conversion Accelerator is a corn breeding facility featuring state-of-the-art greenhouses and laboratories and will accommodate the majority of Syngenta’s North American corn trait conversion work.
