The Dutch aubergine season has started for Eminent Food. In collaboration with Kwekerij van Luijk, the eggplant grower with Eminent Food harvests the first Dutch mini, white, green and grafitti eggplants.
The aubergine assortment from Eminent is very diverse in terms of form, color, size and taste. Kwekerij van Luijk is affiliated with Eminent as a grower and specializes in the cultivation of graffiti, white, green and purple aubergines. In addition, the grower and Eminent work closely together on the specialties within the Eminent aubergine assortment such as the fiamma, mini (purple, white and green), egg-exotics and Asian white and purple varieties.
Availabilty
Eminent Food kicks off the Dutch season with the mini, white, green and graffiti aubergines from the Dutch greenhouse of Kwekerij van Luijk. "We start the season with a limited availability, but from April to the end of September all our aubergine varieties farmed on Dutch soil will be fully available."
Starting from this season, we offer the mini eggplants not only individually, but also packaged in 200 gram flow-pack, white, purple or mixed.
