The Moscow based company Agro Management LLC is planning to allocate over 92 million Euro on the construction of the greenhouse complex in Chusovo, Perm region, reported the site of the governor and regional administration.
The agreement on cooperation and investment project realization has been signed between the regional government, LLC Agro Management, LLC Greenhouse Complex Permsky and the administration of Chusovo municipal district. Within the agreement, the regional government takes the responsibility of constructing the required infrastructure up to the borders of the greenhouse complex: a motorway, a gas pipeline, water drainage and electrical line.
The new enterprise will be allocated on the land plot of 24 ha. The projected capacity is expected at 19 thousand tons of produce per year. The launch will be carried out in two phases within 2020. The first crops are planned to be collected in 2020 and the projected capacity to be achieved in 2021.
Newest technologies will be implemented in the greenhouse complex, including fully automated microclimate management and plant fertilization.
As the head of the region, Mr. Maksim Rechetnikov announced on his Instagram page, this agricultural complex would become the biggest in the region. According to him, the new enterprise will allow for the creation of 400 working places.
LLC Agro Management are dealing with constructing various complexes for vegetable growth. Currently, the company are carrying forward the project on constructing the greenhouse complex Sosnogorsky with overall acreage of 11.9 ha; it is planned to be launched in the end of the year. In addition, the enterprise are constructing the greenhouse complex Novocheboksarcky in Chuvashia. It will cover the acreage of 22 ha. Its first phase will be launched in the end of the year and the second phase in the third quarter of 2019.
LLC Greenhouse Complex Permskiy has been created in June 2017, the main activity of the company is greenhouse vegetable growing. LLC Agro Management own 90% of the charter capital and 10% belong to the LLC Reliant Administration and Management. Upon the results of 2017, the company got dead loss in the amount of 211 Euro.
