A restaurant created from disused sea containers from the port of Amsterdam, a second-hand greenhouse from De Lier, windows and door frames from Overveen and marktplaats.nl and tables from a wine bar in Haarlem. This is the peak of circular entrepreneurship.
It is a dream come true for Merel Jansen and her husband Frank van Baaren. For the next three years, they get to exploit a catering establishment near the lake at the edge of Haarlem-Oost which is in the middle of businesses and the idyllic landscape.
