Russian grower Agro Kultura expand with 12 hectares

Russian greenhouse grower Agro Kultura is expaning with another 12 hectares of cucumber production in Moscow. Dutch supplier Agrotech Didam has signed a new contract for the project after a succesfull delivery of the first 10 Ha in 2015. For the second phase construction partner PCF Greenhouse Technologies LTD from Moscow will build the complete project.

This new 12 Ha high-tech cucumber greenhouse project is fully equipped with advanced technology. It Includes a nursery area with ebb and flood floors for young plants propagation, screening and energy saving systems, assimilation lighting and an advanced heating system with a Delta T of 46 degrees Celsius (+ 18C ° - 28C °).

The project is equipped with an irrigation system for inter planting with hanging gutters, Ultra violet water disinfection units and a Priva Connext computer for the control of the climate, CO2, water and others.

All the technology and the structures will be supplied and delivered by Agrotech Didam B.V. The foundation and water discharge have already been delivered. The delivery of the greenhouse and nursery area with full shading and energy saving screens, starts the coming weeks.

The full computerized system for irrigation and heating installation for the greenhouse are at this moment in production. For this new project Agrotech Didam B.V. has, as with the previous 10 Ha, the full supervision.
