US: Aquaponics case studies provide economic analysis
The University of Kentucky has developed three case studies that showcase commercial aquaponics systems in Texas, Florida, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Economic analysis showed that each system could be an economically viable option for potential commercial aquaponics producers in the United States. The three case studies are available online from SARE. The information in the case studies provides some guidance for the commercial aquaponics industry and potential producers and could assist with designing a system or a business plan for commercial aquaponics production.
