During an oral proceeding on 25 November 2015 the Opposition Division of the European Patent Office decided to revoke European Patent EP2031957, titled: "Greenhouse and forced greenhouse climate control system and method" in the name of Houweling Nurseries Oxnard Inc. Opposition was filed by J.M. van der Hoeven B.V. The claims were found invalid because of lack of novelty.
