Hamilton Design have recognized the need for the Hamilton Drum Seeder to be able to sow much larger and heavier seeds.
To meet this demand from UK and overseas growers they have developed the “Mega Drum Kit” as an add-on accessory for their existing models of Drum Seeder. This allows much larger and heavier seeds such as peas, sweet corn, squash, pumpkins etc. to be sown as single or multiple seeds per pot or cell.
The Mega Drum Kit is supplied with everything you need including a new vacuum source, drum, manifold and pipe work, plus a vacuum cleaner for removing excess seed. The new drum features an inexpensive outer sleeve that can be replaced when changing seed sizes or trays.
The complete kit will easily fit all existing Hamilton Drum Seeders and once installed it can be switched back to the conventional drum in seconds.
