Italy: Cora Seeds' Phantom F1 and Buffalo F1 sowing campaign has started
2014 was the year of the first Cora Seeds' Phantom F1 and Buffalo F1 (in the photo) campaigns. Results were great both from an agronomic and commercial point of view, as plants were productive and healthy and the produce was much appreciated.
Yellow Phantom FR and red Buffalo F1 hybrids are particularly indicated for cultivation in Sicily in polytunnels and greenhouses (advised transplant periods - Phantom F1: polytunnels August 1st-September 15th, greenhouses August 1st/September 30th; Buffalo F1: polytunnels July 20th/September 15th, greenhouses July 20th/September 20th). Medium cycle, very productive, easy setting, good vigour and heavy fruits (10x15 cm for Phantom F1 and 11x15 cm for Buffalo F1).
Phantom F1
On 20th-21st May, Cora Seeds organised two technical meetings to support the commercial farms wanting to cultivate the Phantom F1 and Buffalo F1 varieties. Over 100 companies took part, posing questions and reporting their own experience.
Cora Seeds would like to thank all growers and technicians who contributed and stress its availability to provide information to all those who could not take part.
