Join Backyard Farms at Boston’s Seaport Hotel June 19 as chefs compete in a grill-off to benefit Future Chefs. As an attendee, you’ll be able to sample recipes prepared with local produce, all made by local chefs.
If you’ve been following Backyard Farms’ Chef Network, you’ll be excited to hear that Richard Rayment of the Seaport Hotel will be using our tomatoes in one of his signature dishes, “Tomato Fool.” He’ll show us all how to use a creamy tomato yogurt as a side dish.
