Nufarm welcomes Brendan Deck as regional general manager for its North American operations. Deck replaces Darryl Matthews, who held the position since 2010.
"In his 15 years with the company, Darryl made significant contributions and we wish him well in his future endeavors," says Greg Hunt, Nufarm chief operating officer and acting CEO.
"The North American marketplace is extremely important to Nufarm, and we are confident that Brendan will provide the innovative, strong leadership we need to bring more and better solutions to North American crop producers."
Deck most recently headed up Nufarm's Crop Care business in Australia. "I'm excited by the challenge of heading up Nufarm's North American operations," Deck says. "We have an exciting portfolio of innovative products and a strong, capable team to bring them to market. Focusing on the customer and our relationship with them will be a key focus for us."

Deck will transition into his new role and will begin interacting with the North American team as he works to complete all requirements related to his relocation to the Chicago area from his current home in Brisbane, Australia.
