Oboya makes new investments in Poland, establishes new wholly-owned company
Oboya Horticulture Poland Sp zoo acquires a local cut flower, pot plant and herb packaging manufacturing company Losza Sp zoo, in addition to a 5400 m2 property in Rybnik, southern Poland. Together, these will be fully integrated into Oboya Horticulture Poland Sp zoo as from the 1st of July 2014. It makes Oboya Horticulture Poland Sp zoo as one of the largest packaging manufacturers in the European market within this field.
Thus, Oboya Horticulture Industries AB of Sweden has now two manufacturing companies in Poland with approx 100 employees. Oboya will continue to invest in Eastern Europe as manufacturing and distribution base, combined with production bases in Qingdao, Kunming, China, and, Kenya, with distribution partners in most major flower and plants production and consumption countries throughout the world.
Oboya Horticulture Industries AB will continue to explore opportunities to invest in manufacturing facilities in Eastern Europe, Africa and South America by providing high quality products and services to Growers, Transporter/Logistics and Retailers throughout the Horticultural supply chain.
