Russia: Kyrgyzstan and China discuss ag products trade turnover
According to him, warm and strong relations have been established between Kyrgyzstan and China; the Chinese give profitable grants. Atambayev also said that during his meeting with the Chinese President Xi Jinping they had discussed trade turnover between two countries.
"We expressed our desire to not only import Chinese goods, but vice versa, to export Kyrgyzstan products to China. For the first time, the Chairman Xi Jinping said that the Chinese would like to receive our agricultural products - fruits, vegetables, beef and lamb, because they are ecologically clean. They assured us that this production will find its consumer in China. So it is up to our farmers,"- said the president.
In conclusion, Almazbek Atambayev expressed regret that today Kyrgyzstan imports fruits, although they grow in abundance in its own territory.
