Landgard increases speed by reorganisation of company structure

Since financing has been successfully guaranteed up to 2016 the German auction organisation Landgard wants, with the aid of new structures and responsibilities, to create conditions for further reorganisation of the company. According to Landgard the aim is, with a flat hierarchy, to reach quick decisions and to adjust the service delivery even more to the requirements of the clients, as mentioned on the German website taspo.de.

In order to strengthen the basic areas of flowers and plants, Landgards Jörg Winckelmann has been appointed as a second operational director next to Franz-Willi Honnen. Jörg Winckelmann is now responsible for the areas of controlling, administration and projects as he has extensive experience in management functions of trading companies.
