UK: Horticultural seed firm Thompson & Morgan celebrates success in Grow Your Own awards
Ipswich-based Thompson & Morgan won the Best Online Retailer, Best Customer Service, Best Vegetable Seed Range and Best Fruit Plant or Tree Range categories of the awards, based on votes cast by the magazine’s readers and website visitors.
Clare Dixey, group e-commerce manager, said: “We’re particularly proud to have won Best Online Retailer. Knowing that we’re up against some very serious competition in the horticultural online marketplace, it really means a lot.”
John May, the company’s chief executive, added: “It’s always a great honour to win awards and knowing that our customers rate us so highly means a great deal to everyone at Thompson & Morgan.
