Speed up your crop change with an automated rope cutter

During crop change in vegetables, hanging your new ropes is often considered as a labour intensive job. Arend-Sosef can supply you with a rope cutter that will considerably diminish the time you need to spend on this activity. This machine operates on the 24V connection of your pipe rail trolley. With one simple movement you can take the rope and cut it off. Shortly after, without any extra operation, the machine automatically ejects a new piece of rope at desired length.

Arend-Sosef' R&D department has recently redeveloped the rope cutter. This has led to an improved speed and accuracy. The rope cutter can now be adapted to your working speed; you will no longer be dependent on the speed of the machine. The machine is suitable for all types and thicknesses of tomato and pepper rope. The casting direction of the rope can be changed with one turn of a wing nut. The machine has a display on which length and ejection speed of the rope can be set.
