Useful tips to clean your sensors in the greenhouse

Many of Priva's sensors require very little maintenance, but contamination can interfere with them. For growers, this can have a negative effect on measuring, because only clean sensors provide the create measurement values. That is why Priva recommends you to regularly clean the sensors.

The best method for cleaning the sensors

Clean the sensors with a damp cloth and mild detergent, if necessary. Do not use harsh cleaning agents and/or abrasives. Make sure that any moisture, dust or dirt is removed from the sensor.

Priva sensors range
Priva supplies a broad spectrum of sensors for the horticulture industry: wind direction sensor, outside temperature sensor, precipitation intensity sensor, irradiation sensor, wind speed sensor, EC and pH sensor, drain sensor and a PAR sensor, for example.

You can find information of all the Priva sensors in a special leaflet.
