Dirty poly roof? Try new poly greenhouse roof cleaner from Van der Waay

"After a long development phase of our roof cleaner for poly greenhouses, we put it into practice last month in order to test it," said Tom Zwanenburg of Van der Waay. "The greenhouse where we tested it has a peak width of 9.60 meters and had never been cleaned in the past 10 years, so it was quite a challenge. In spite of the challenge, the specially developed (patented) brush system had an easy time removing the heavy dirt from the foil."

Versatile applicability

The roof cleaner fits most modern foil covered greenhouses and can be adjusted to the different peak widths and the shape of the roof construction.

"In order to make the roof even more cleaner and to make the machine versatile and as multifunctional as possible, we made sure it could do more than just clean; it can also brush the greenhouse gutters and the integrated spray boom can be used to apply a protective (shading) layer or coating."
