The seminar is designed for companies and individuals who will be affected by, or have duties under, the new Regulation. The aim of the day will be to provide information about the new Regulation through a series of presentations. This will include a summary of the main aspects of the Regulation including a basic overview of product authorisation and active substance approvals and feedback on our experience of operating under the new regulation over the past 5 months.
This is a new European Union Regulation and many aspects of it are being developed in the light of experience. At the seminar, CRD will give the latest update on what we anticipate are the key implications of the new Regulation. There will be an opportunity for issues to be discussed, followed by Q&A session.
