Starting 1 November 2013, Mr Douwe Zijp, former CEO of Nunhems Group, will join the management of Incotec. Under the guidance of Mr. Breukink, Incotec has managed to gain a strong reputation in the world of seed technology. "Now that the organization has grown (to over 500 employees worldwide), it is very important to give the management added development," says the company in a press release.
After an introductory period, Mr. Zijp will take over the overall management of Incotec as CEO. Mr Zijp gained extensive knowledge of the seed sector. As Chairman of the Board of Directors, he will focus on the strategic development of the Group and in particular the management and development of the total Incotec organization.
Mr Breukink will be responsible for Business Development and in particular the introduction of new technologies worldwide.
