Berg Hortimotive has launched a new spin off: Florinco will now focus on controlling the processes in the greenhouse as a new company. Software and in particular systems integration is an increasingly important part of business in horticulture. Reliability, analysis of production and the allocation of costs have become an indispensable tool. The visualization and planning package, BergVision, provides the necessary insights. Bas Lagerwerf, general manager of Berg Hortimotive: "With references such as Anthura and Bunnik Plants, Florinco is already a valuable partner in the sector. It stands for the knowledge and reliability necessary to bring difficult automation issues to a successful conclusion."
Maarten Klerk (technical director) and Theo Willemse (CEO), being the owners, will serve as the faces of Florinco.
Berg Hortimotive remains co-owner of Florinco. Bas Lagerwerf: "This is the moment to take the next step.
