A medical pot greenhouse in Willcox has hit a delay. The deadline to appeal the proposal was Thursday. Officials say one person filed an appeal that day. His name is John Curran and he is a Maricopa County resident. This means a public hearing will now be scheduled, and the matter will be decided by the county board of supervisors in the next few weeks.
