Building is going on in Naaldwijk. Three members of the Van der Drift family are getting a joint office there. Contractor Twins Construction started work this week. "My father Giel, my brother Mitchell and me, will manage our companies from here," says TJ van der Drift. The companies range from realization, management, sales and operation of real estate, solar and greenhouse businesses.
T.J. van der Drift of Mountain High and Marco van Vianen of Twins Bouw.
Construction in Naaldwijk
Van der Drift
The greenhouse company 'Mountain High' was founded by Giel van der Drift and in recent years built greenhouses for Village Farms, Bushel Boy Farms and Houweling Nurseries, each progressive companies from the US.
Does this mean the family business is targeting the Dutch market?
“That too, but it’s not the main goal,” says TJ, “Simply put, many of our clients, even for US greenhouse construction, are from Holland. So that warrants an office in these parts.”
