After years of preparation, Hortiservice officially opened the new research center HSKK in Kecskemet. It is suitable for testing new horticultural technologies, variety trials and organizing professional programmes.
In this new trial station there is a total of 9,000 m2 of area, including a heated nursery, non heated plastic tunnel and small sections of open field crops, where suitable species are adapted for local climate conditions, as well as agronomically/economically friendly methods for plant protection and plant feed.
The main target is to introduce environmental friendly, non chemical based, innovative and efficient alternative growing techniques, instead of conventional chemical crop control and fertilizing.
Speakers who attended the event:
Maurizio bacchi, Cora Seeds
Philippe Cognet, Italpollina
Dr Roszik Peter, Biokontrol Hungaria
Zental Akos, Arpad Agrar
Szantosi Attila, Biohungaricum
Fulei Zoltan, Managing director Hortiservice
