Mexico: ULMA realizes high end greenhouse with UNIDO

Recently ULMA Agrícola has realized the installation two greenhouses located in the Northern area of Mexico for to UNIDO, the UNO organization responsible for promoting industrial development in the region. ULMA Agrícola has been responsible for the coordination, management and leadership for the assembly and structure of the greenhouse and for the installation and start-up of all the equipment used in the project. Both installations have the same internal subdivisions equipped in each case in accordance to the needs of the activity that will be carried out inside.



The areas reserved for grafting are fully ventilated and are covered with anti-trip mesh cases to protect the crop. The thermal screen is located inside. The greenhouse is fully automated and controlled by multiple climate computers.

The growing areas, like the grafting area, has perimeter ventilation and a computer controlled thermal screen. There is also a system for cooling, radiant floor heating and a adiabatic cooling system. Next to this, the greenhouse has as mobile tables equipped with micro-tunnels on the cultivation surface to protect the plants during their first cultivation cycle. The roll-up ventilation windows are also equipped with anti trip mesh.
