“I could absolutely not do what I do without Aquahort,” said Holtkamp. He credits the copper ionization system with cutting down significantly on the losses he incurs from fungal and bacterial diseases in his plants. So good have been the results of using the system that he's installed two full systems and one mobile system in Zimbabwe, one in Germany and two systems in the United States.
“Basically, anywhere we do anything with violets, we use the Aquahort system,” said Holtkamp. Whenever plant health flags, the first thing Holtkamp checks is the Aquahort system. If the system is running, he noted, plant health is significantly better.
“There have been times when there was some small thing wrong with the system,” said Holtkamp, “and as soon as we fixed it, we immediately saw a change. That shows how important the system is for our operations. The Aquahort has become one of the most important tools that we use, thats why we have a strict maintenance schedule for it, just because it is such a vital part of our operations. We really can't do without it anymore!"
