Tajikistan is harvesting greenhouse vegetable crop

According to on-line data of the crop production management of the Ministry of Agriculture of Tajikistan, 59.67 acres of greenhouse areas have been sown with tomatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables. 303.5 tons of tomatoes, cucumbers and 248.2 tons of other types of vegetables have been collected in the greenhouses of the Republic to date.

26.74 hectares of greenhouse areas have been sown with vegetables and 111.6 tons of tomatoes, 30.99 tons of cucumbers and 97.3 tons of other types of vegetables have been grown in Sughd region of the Republic.

According to Information Agency "Kazakh-Zerno", 21.18 hectares of greenhouse areas have been sown in the Khatlon region, which is 90.2% of the forecast. And 73.2 tons of tomatoes, 29.7 tons of cucumbers and 126.4 tons of other vegetables have been harvested in the greenhouses of the region.

In the regions ruled by the republican government 11.06 hectares have been sown with greenhouse vegetables, which is 73.1% of the forecast. And 118.4 tons of tomatoes, 47.8 tons of cucumbers and 120.85 tons of other vegetables have been harvested to date.
