"We are designing and manufacturing all kind of greenhouses", said Chamorro. "From large scale 150 hectare projects for leading produce companies in Spain like Bonnysa and Dole, to 10 hectare projects in the bitter cold regions in CIS countries or warmer climate countries in South America. We are active all over the world. Of course, as a technical designer and innovator you always want to improve existing techniques and supply high efficiency, which we do. Basically all of our green houses got the latest techniques inside. But you have to keep it real and realize that not everybody in the industry is looking for the whole package with 'rocket science'. Some growers
do not need high efficiency energy saving modules or labor saving logistics inside their operations. Simply because they do not have large energy or labor costs, the only thing they are looking for, is an investment that they can earn back in the first few years. So that is why we are also innovating with a different approach. These customers are looking for innovations with a different approach. For example, why should they use hanging gutters if it doesn't give them that much advantage as if this systems gives to a grower in North America or Central Europe. The lack of a gutter systems or concrete floor, doesn't make a greenhouse low-tech. The greenhouse will still give a good production and the cost prize of the produce will still be atractive. Off course we can deliver gutters, but we also develop systems that require smaller investments and deliver them more attractive advantages. Simply said, we deliver solutions that fit everyones philosophy."

Project for Fresh Del Monte in Costa Rica
With 25 years of experience producing turnkey greenhouse solutions from Spain, Inverca decided to expand their operations. They were presented with an opportunity to work in the Netherlands, and after doing their due diligence, they found that the Dutch option offered levels of cooperation and support that were too good to pass up.
“A few years ago, we got a proposal to start a company in the Netherlands,” said Chamoro. While undertaking projects in Mexico, Chamoro noted, they'd been working extensively with a variety of Dutch suppliers, so they already had an idea of how working in the Netherlands would be. But it was only after they spoke with government officials and other industry members that they saw how good a working relationship they could have in the Netherlands.

For the government funded project "EL Huevo" in Mexico, Inverca builded a school, buildings, a greenhouse and a packing facility.
“We checked on the institutions in the Netherlands to ask about the kind of support we could expect if we were to work there,” said Chamoro. “We wanted to know we'd have the full support of the institutions, and we found the collaborative environment perfect.” He singled out the assistance they receive from the Dutch government as key in making their experience in the country a positive one. But he also noted that the relationships they have with other companies in their field have been exceptional.

Recently project in Russia, finished last year.
“In Spain, everyone's always fighting each other,” said Chamoro. "But here, the relations with other companies are very good.” While they still have facilities in Spain that work on innovations in greenhouse structures, the office in the Netherlands focuses on improvements to logistics and operations that can help growers get the most from their investments.
