On Friday, January 4 2013, an agreement was signed whereby the business activities of Montera Technology BV were transferred to Bosman BV. Last year the deliberate choice was made to focus the activities of the HortiMaX companies on the development, marketing and support innovative process automation, water treatment and management systems for the international horticulture. HortiMaX products are delivered through a broad, international network of specialist dealers and installers like Montera. It no longer fits into the strategy of HortiMaX to be the owner of a local installation company.

In Bosman BV, HortiMaX has found a reliable partner to take over the activities of Montera BV, starting January 2013. The acquisition brings no noticeable changes to customers. Montera will retain its name and will work with its existing employees to provide the best possible service, as they have done in the last 40 years.
