Netherlands: J. van Egmond & Zn. and Combinations join forces

From April 2013, the whole process, from sales to delivery of young plants, will be completely directed by Van Egmond. "This partnership is a great step for the future of floriculture. We will create an ever better product by joining forces and sharing knowledge. The needs and requirements of customers and consumers have changed and we are changing too!" says José van Egmond (Operations Director at Van Egmond).
In future Combinations will focus on a number of product groups that fit within the strategy. "We will specialize in further breeding of Lisianthus. A strong partner will deal with production of young plants. We are convinced that this step only provides benefits for us and for the growers" says Martin Noordam, Operation Director at Combinations.
