VBN coding and VKC registration done from now on via Floricode
The current service provision for VKC registrations and VBN product coding will be bundled. This means a simplification of the service provision. Each registration will automatically be assigned a product code from 1 January 2013 (unless the applicant specifies that s/he does not want it).
It was decided to employ the 'he who incurs the expense, pays it' principle. This means that every application for a registration/product code is charged to the applicant. This is due to the withdrawal of the financing from the Horticultural Product Board.
