IPM Germany: Danish hall 5 with innovations

Hall 5 at IPM is much more than just a trade fair hall; it is a trade fair experience with added value, because here, the entire Danish value chain from innovation to realisation is all represented in one place. At the joint stand in the middle of hall 5, is the entire danish range. In addition to a mini-landscape, a new addition will also be the special niche exhibition of danish special items.

Danish plant novelties and the Floradania Innovation Award 2013

Once again, Danish growers have managed to put together an exciting range of innovative plant novelties and plant solutions, which will be presented on a special novelties stand, this year located at stand 5A33 in Hall 5. The novelties stand will also be the setting for the evening event on the opening day, 22 January, when the guest of honour, Egon Galinnis, director of Messe Essen, will announce the winners of the Floradania Innovation Awards 2013 in the categories Indoor Plants, Outdoor Plants and Concepts. The award ceremony will take place from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm in Hall 5, and the international press and professional buyers are invited.

The Flower Design Award

As a new initiative, a Flower Design Award for a non-traditional plant solution created by young designer talents will be presented. The presentation takes place in extension of the Floradania Innovation Award celebrations. All six nominated projects will be presented.
