Russia: New greenhousecomplex planned in Blagoveschensk

The planned complex will be constructed in the territory of the currently functioning agricultural complex of the company Teplichny. The area for the project is 3 hectares. Construction work will start in Spring 2013. Currently, preliminary research of the area is being carried out.

The modern greenhouse, 6 meters high, will cost 270 Million Rubles and is being financed by the Teplichny Company and by the Municipal Budget. The expenses will be distributed 50:50 between the two investing parties. The contractor for construction works will be a company from Moscow, specialized in this kind of facility. The name of the Moscow construction company is not disclosed at this point.
